Design and urban planning project focusing on a site near the center of Würzburg, Germany. With the intention of transforming a long-standing space, mainly used for parking, into a new adress giving room for housing, workplaces as well as cultural and public spaces, the potential of the location is realized through an increased urban density, while being integrated into the existing fabric of the area.
