Building and construction design project initiated in a student competition by a cooperative in Würzburg, Germany. Recognizing the necessities of the site with it's topography and built environment, the proposed design tries to unite materiality, structural and technical quality, local energy production and storage with the possibility for a diverse social fabric, adaptive living areas and an emphazis on the shared communal space.
